There are impacts to BSC Systems. Changes to the file structure of the BMRA-I014 ( also defined as SAA-I026) and SAA-I014 files will require changes to BMRS and SAA so that they can accept and publish the file/send the file to Parties.

• CP1530: ‘Introduction of a formalised process for the validation of measurement transformer ratios by Elexon’ (Part) – All document changes for CP1530 will be implemented in the June 2021 Release, but the Elexon Portal changes will be implemented in this Release. This change will be implemented on 8 February 2021 (in the evening) and and will become effective immediately. 
• CP1533: ‘Mandatory Sending of D0052 for DCC serviced SVA NHH Metering Systems’
• CP1534: ‘Introduce Change of Supplier (CoS) – No Meter Process’
• CP1536: ‘Use of DTC data flow D0379 for submission of unmetered Half Hourly data’

Impact on BSC systems

There is no impact to BSC systems. There is a change to the Elexon Portal only, as part of CP1530. This phased approach is to allow participants to carry out data cleansing before CP1530 goes live.
