Meeting Room Hire
ELEXON has a number of meeting rooms available for hire for industry meetings and events when the rooms are not being used for BSC purposes.
We have a number of meeting rooms of various sizes on the 4th floor of our offices on Euston Road. All of our rooms are finished to a high specification, and provide AV solutions and flexibility for different furniture layouts. A welcoming Reception can be used by your visitors on the day of your meeting.
Planning your meeting
- Confirm the catering details, numbers and timings, by midday the day before your meeting and again on the day of the meeting.
- Send a list of visitors you’re expecting. They will be issues with a security badge at ground floor which they must wear whilst visiting ELEXON. (By midday the day before your meeting)
- You need to collect your information pack from Reception when you arrive. As meeting host you must inform attendees of Fire Safety and Evacuation procedures.

We provide catering for your meeting and work with local suppliers to buy in fresh sandwiches and fruit for lunch. Refreshments of hot drinks, water and biscuits are provided as part of the room hire.
Lunches are offered at the following price:
Option A Sandwich, fruit and juice lunch at £5.95 per person
Option B Sandwich, salad, fruit and juice lunch at £6.95 per person
A selection of separate meat, fish and vegetarian fillings are provided, and special dietary requirements can be catered for if you let us know in advance.
