CP0802

Formal title: Amendment to BSCP502 - inclusion of the D0275 dataflow

Current Status

Rejected

Summary

There are a number of Suppliers and Distribution Businesses who require to be informed of their Half Hourly consumption values by UTC (Co-ordinated Universal Time), whereas BSCP502 stipulates that data from the HHDC should be by local time. This CP proposes that the decision on which time protocol to use should be a Supplier responsibility. The data from the HHDC to the HHDA would continue to be in local time.
