Summary
Currently the BMRS processes messages received from NGC as soon as they are received in accordance with their Service Level Agreement and the BMRA User Requirement Specification. A problem has been identified with processing files in this manner which from time to time affects the processing of Gate Closure Files and Re- Declarations of MIL and MEL.
