Summary
The suggested changes will allow for the approval of CVA LLFs by the panel in timescales shorter than 40WD. This will allow the processes in BSCP15 ‘BM Unit Registration’ and BSCP68 ‘Transfer of Registration of Metering Systems between CMRS and SMRS’ which require the approval of CVA LLFs to be completed in the timescales set out by those processes.
