Summary
CP1522 seeks to address the following issues with BSC Procedure (BSCP) 520 ‘Unmetered Supplies Registered in SMRS’:
- The requirement for Meter Administrators to calculate reactive power is redundant;
- The split of responsibilities for Unmetered Supplies between the LDSO and the Unmetered Supplies Operator (UMSO) is not clear; and
- BSCP520 does not reflect the June 2019 updates to the Master Registration Agreement (MRA) Related Meters Meter Asset Provision (MAP).
