Any person who: (i) is an officer of the Transmission Company; or (ii) is an employee of the Transmission Company, carrying out any administrative, finance or other corporate services of any kind which in part relate to the Main Business; or (iii) is engaged by or on behalf of the Transmission Company as an agent or adviser to or otherwise to perform work in relation to services for the Main Business; has the meaning given to that term in Section H4.1.1;
