Notice to Deliver Offers, expressed in minutes, indicating the notification time required for a BM Unit to start delivering Offers from the time that the Bid-Offer Acceptance is issued.Also set of data supplied by the System Operator for publication on the BMRS, comprising for each BM Unit the effective time and the notice required to deliver offers.
