For each BSC Year BSCCo shall have: (a) a Business Strategy, setting out the principal activities which BSCCo expects to be carrying out in the Plan Year and each of the two following BSC Years, on the basis of the functions and responsibilities which are or have been assigned to BSCCo under or pursuant to The Code; (b) an Annual Budget, setting out the expenditure which BSCCo considers reasonably necessary in order to carry out such activities in the Plan Year, each established and from time to time amended. has the meaning given to that term in Section C6.1.1;
