A Supplier may give notice to BSCCo that it intends to transfer its interests in respect of the provision of electrical power to Customers measured by Metering Systems identified in SMRS with a Supplier ID to another Trading Party (such transfer to be effected by a transfer of the Supplier ID and referred to as a “Relevant ID Transfer”); has the meaning given to that term in paragraph 1.4.2 of Section S;
