Assets and equipment identified and quoted in the Connection Agreement of any Trading Unit Applicant where such assets and equipment include assets and equipment identified and quoted in the Connection Agreements relating to all Trading Unit Applicants which form part of the continuous electrical connection for the purposes of (a) above; and/or (ii) assets and equipment owned by a person other than the Trading Unit Applicant and any other Trading Party which is responsible for BM Unit(s) associated with the Trading Unit Application, and which form part of the continuous electrical connection for the purposes of (a) above; has the meaning given to that term in Annex K-2;
