The Trading Disputes Committee shall be composed (as the Panel shall decide) of not less than 6 and not more than 12 members, having such experience and expertise in the electricity industry as the Panel decides is appropriate. Each TDC Member shall Act independently of the interests of his employer and of any person or Class of persons and, in exercising his functions under this Section W, shall not be bound by or follow the instructions of any person save as set out expressly herein; has the meaning given to that term in Section W2.3.1;
