The Total System Residual Cashflow is the Surplus or deficit of funds remaining to be reallocated after the Settlement of Energy Imbalances, Information Imbalances, the Balancing Mechanism (including non-delivery) and the System Operator BM Charge. Determined in accordance with Section T4.10.1.
