Technical Assurance of Half Hourly Metering Systems (TAM) is an assurance technique in Section L of the BSC and BSCP27. The technique involves inspecting a sample of Half Hourly Metering Systems by the Technical Assurance Agent (TAA). We provide examples of the common types of non-compliance that the TAA may identify.
